Consultant in Rehabilitation Medicine

Applications are invited for the post of Consultant in Rehabilitation Medicine working  5.5 PA per week (plus on call) at Colman Centre Specialist Rehabilitation Service (CCSRS) based at the Colman Hospital, Norwich.  

This post is a substantive appointment. The post holder will be  based at the Colman Hospital in Norwich. CCSRS is a dedicated interdisciplinary rehabilitation service providing post acute rehabilitation for patients with complex needs. The service provides specialist rehabilitation through a 20 bedded inpatient unit for neurorehabilitation, 10 bedded inpatient unit for amputee rehabilitation, outreach neurorehabilitation service, prosthetic rehabilitation service, specialised wheelchair service and services for Electronic assistive technology and alternative and augmentative communication services. The CCSRS inpatient service is a level 1 service Commissioned  by NHS England for the Eastern Region. 

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated, motivated Doctor to join our enthusiastic professional multidisciplinary team. You will be required to take part in the delivery of a full range of rehabilitation services and support a wide range of professionals. The post holder will have the opportunity to support, shape and drive service improvements.
