• Training Practice for GP Trainees, medical students and nursing students
• CQC rating Good
• High QOF achiever
• 14 GPs (mixture of Partners and Salaried GPs)
• 3 Advanced Nurse Practitioners
• A dedicated and experienced nursing team and admin team
• MDT including Practice Pharmacist, Pharmacy Technician, MSK Physio and Health and Wellbeing coaches
• Central role in the HOSMS Primary Care Network
• SystmOne with Ardens
• Patient Triage eConsult/Accurx
• A Clinical Admin Team managing Document workflow
