We have an exciting opportunity due to the retirement of 2 GP partners

We are looking for a Salaried GP or GP Partner to join our fantastic team in the heart of Eastbourne, East Sussex. Our practice is a brand-new, purpose built surgery with 30 clinical rooms, 2 operating suites and private space from which local consultants work – bridging the gap between primary and secondary care.

We are a training practice for medical students, Foundation doctors and GP
trainees. We provide on-site education for all staff every Wednesday lunchtime. We recognise that looking after each other is key to delivering high quality clinical care and improves both personal and working life. We have an excellent supportive reputation and a high retention of staff.

Our offer:

• £10,500 - £11,000 per session for salaried post depending on experience.
• Partnership opportunities also available
• 4 - 9 sessions per week
• 6 weeks' annual leave + 1 week's  study leave (per annum, pro rata at full pay)

• Support to develop specialist interests
• On-call = (maximum 1 day per week)
• Normal working day = 15 patients morning / 15 patients afternoon (mix of
• telephone and face to face)

Our team consists of 8 GP Partners and 1 salaried GP, 5 Paramedics, 4 Pharmacists, 1 ANP, 1 mental health ANP, 1 Paediatric ANP, 3 social prescribers and an amazing nursing team. We serve a population of 30,000 patients including the homeless and our local refugees. This incredible multidisciplinary team significantly reduces GP workload in a number of ways:

• Very few home visits (approx. 1 per month)
• Support with complex cases
• Reduced clinical admin.
