We are looking for an exceptional Chief Digital & Information Officer (CDIO) to join our team at West London NHS Trust.

The ideal candidate will have a demonstrable track record in delivering high-quality and innovative digital and change programmes, with an ability to steer the digital direction of the Trust and influence, inspire and unify those along the journey. Main duties of the job

The CDIO will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of our digital strategy and the optimisation of the organisational structures that work to this. The post holder will steer Board and Executive discussions on horizon scanning, most innovative current and future practice, future investments, and ensure that the vision, direction and clinical strategy for the Trust is fully enabled by digital processes, change and innovation. The incumbent will work closely with all key stakeholders, lead conversations on technology and data and their use in West London, and play a key role with respect to developing the digital agenda in partnership with the Integrated Care Board (ICB).
