We're looking for a ambitious and enthusiastic leader to come and be part of our journey towards building a new hospital and shaping the future direction of Child Health and Women's Services (CHAW's) Division.
We aim to deliver excellent clinical outcomes and a great experience for everyone who uses our services: exceptional healthcare, personally delivered.
As our Divisional Director for CHAWs, you will inspire our people and push the boundaries of innovation and quality of care working in partnership with our colleagues across our Integrated Healthcare System. Your role will be pivotal in delivering the leadership, guidance and developing new models of improving care on our journey to excellence.
We're looking for an established consultant in either Paediatrics or Obstetrics and Gynaecology.
You will have 4 PAs dedicated to divisional leadership, with the remainder PAs within your speciality and opportunity for specialist interest to be discussed.
Main duties of the job
You will be supported by a management lead (Associate Director of Operations), a Director of Midwifery and Divisional Management Team. You will have joint responsibility for the operational management of the division, ensuring the effective implementation of both national and local strategies and the achievement of service objectives within available resources.
