Working as a Salaried Locum GP will provide you with lots of variety, as well as a great way to see how different practices work. You will be joining Manx Care at a time of exciting new development of integrated healthcare delivery.

You will be part of a small, dedicated team benefitting  from one to one support which will enable you to build effective relationships.

You will be supported by the Primary Care Services team for administrative tasks and your calendar bookings, as well as the team being your first point of contact for any queries.

You will provide locum cover for a 4 hour period each week day morning and afternoon. Within that timeframe there will be a 2.5 hour clinical session. The remaining 1.5.hours will allow for any over-run of the clinic, to see any additional emergency patients, complete paperwork and to undertake reasonable duties allocated by the Practice, for example, telephone consultations and home visits.

You will provide daytime locum cover for the 11 GP Practices across the Isle of Man and will be supported by the Primary Care Services Team who will co-ordinate your calendar.
