We believe in peer support and meet regularly for co-supervision. We will start Balint groups and Schwartz rounds soon. We teach undergraduate medical students and will soon train GPs and FY2 doctors.
Our team is as diverse as our patients and this is Brighton!
We have 20,000 patients.
We are well organised and maintain high QOF achievement.
We are rated good by the CQC
Our team includes 4 GP partners, our own pharmacists, 1 ANP partner and a non-clinical managing partner. We employ pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, mental health practitioners, 8 salaried GPs, advanced nurse practitioners, practice nurses, health care assistants, an alcohol liaison nurse and a paediatric advanced nurse practitioner. We host first contact physiotherapists
Our local PCN team covers 70,000 patients and comprises a large clinical team including home visiting paramedics, health coaches, clinical pharmacists, dual diagnosis and mental health workers and social prescribers.
