We are looking to recruit Physician Associates who have clinical experience in emergency care (maybe from a placement during training). Candidates must possess excellent clinical and leadership skills to enable to them to work as part of the emergency department medical team seeing a full range of emergency presentations. This is an exciting time for development and expansion at East Surrey Hospital, and you will work within a dynamic multi-disciplinary team, under the supervision of the Emergency Department Consultants to enhance the patient experience through the delivery of excellent patient-focused care. As a Physician Associate in ED, you will act as a role model to junior colleagues and will be supported to progress as a senior clinical decision maker within the department. This role comes with dedicated weekly non-clinical time.
