The Clinical Microbiology Department at Portsmouth Hospitals University NHS Trust are looking to appoint a part time Consultant in Infection working 3 PAs per week on an annualised basis. This is to provide clinical support enabling the two Consultants who have IPC duties to be able to devote extra time to IPC activities. The post holder will not be required to participate in any out-of-hours work and will not be expected to take on any significant leadership roles.
