Applications are invited for the role of Clinical Fellow (Core) in Otolaryngology (ENT) at Addenbrooke's Hospital, part of Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (CUH).
This post is available to commence on 03 August 2022 for a period of 12 months.
Within the ENT department, the successful candidate will be able to take part in audit, research and other educational activities while improving clinical knowledge all relevant to further core or higher surgical training.
This post will allow the successful candidate to acquire many of the essential and desirable criteria for national specialty selection.
In keeping up with today’s technologically driven health care sector , the department is in the early stages of adopting mixed reality technology in delivering education and clinical care.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will participate in a full shift rota providing daytime and out-of-hours cover. You will participate in the daytime commitments of their allocated team including theatre lists, clinics (emergency, elective and specialist multidisciplinary), as well as ward cover.
You will be allocated a supervisor to ensure you get the best out of your appointment.

Full Registration and a Licence to Practice with the General Medical Council at time of application is required.
This post may be suitable for those wishing to undertake an “F3” role or currently working as a core or specialist trainee and looking for additional experience.
