The Priory Hospital, Woking provides private acute mental health and addiction services (inpatients and day patients), and extensive private outpatient clinics.

Priory Woking in a relaxing rural setting, with 33 beds, split into male and female wards.  There is a therapy centre on site, The Lodge, where inpatients and day patients can attend.

Lifeworks provide inpatient stay for addictions and eating disorders and has 18 beds which includes a bespoke therapy service in the Cottage.

Oxford Wellbeing Centre offers outpatient and therapy service lines

Priory Hospital Woking, are seeking an employed medical director and consultant pyschiatrist for private acute general psychiatry and addiction patients. The medical director will also oversee Lifeworks and Oxford Wellbeing Centre services.

The role is to provide outpatient assessments and follow-ups for private patient referrals and to provide urgent slots for these assessments. To continue to be the consultant to outpatient, day patient and in-patient admissions that are allocated to the consultant.

You will be asked to attend Service Line Network meetings, Clinical Governance and other clinical forums in relation to the role.
