Salaried GP with a view to Partnership

Due to upcoming retirements, we are looking to recruit 2 GPs as Salaried with a view to Partnership at our unique and interesting Practice.

We are a 14,000 two site Practice based in Windsor and Eton in Berkshire looking after a diverse population working out of a purpose built site in Windsor and a historic church in Eton.

• 6 – 8 sessions per week with some flexibility, but to include Fridays
• Flexible working & remote working options possible for some sessions
• EMIS Web, Docman, DXS and AccuRx all in use within the Practice
• GP Training Practice with three GP trainers and trainees
• 4 GP Partners and 6 Salaried GPs currently employed
• MDT Workforce employed by the Practice including an Advanced Paramedic and Nurse Practitioner to support minor illness and long term condition management
• Excellent back office support team including medicines management, workflow and long term conditions call/recall teams
• Full engagement with Windsor PCN with one of our Partners being the co-clinical director, Dr Edd Harrison
• We look after 3 local care homes, a local private psychiatric facility, Eton College and have a branch surgery in Windsor castle
• High QOF achievement, full delivery of enhanced services
• CQC rating of good
• GP Partners take a share of on-call responsibilities for private contracts over evenings & weekends on a rota system that is well renumerated Good transport links with excellent local schools and amenities
