Consultant Physician with an interest in Acute Care of the Elderly and Stroke

This is a Consultant post within a dynamic and diverse multi-professional team, with well-established links with regional services/networks and primary care colleagues.  You will be a proactive member of the team whose skills will ensure safe, quality and innovative services are being provided to our patients within Causeway Hospital.  There will be an opportunity for the successful post-holder to develop a sub-specialty of their choice/interest and contribute to the leadership of acute care of the elderly and strokes services.  The Northern Trust strongly encourages self-development, supports learning and offers all new consultants a structured mentorship programme.   Consideration may be given to flexible working to facilitate work-life balance.  We deliver a high standard of integrated care but are always striving to advance and develop new ways of working to improve our patients’ experiences and outcomes.  Your dedication and determination will enhance our team and ensure that we offer the highest level of patient care.
