Owing to some recent retirements and our ambitious plans for growth, Cardinal Clinic is currently recruiting for several outstanding Consultant Psychiatrists. We welcomeapplications from people looking for employed positions or practicing privilege contracts in both part time and full-time
positions.

If you have more than five years’ experience of working in the NHS as a consultant psychiatrist, can demonstrate excellence in patient care and are keen for a new opportunity, we would very much like to hear from you.

About Us

Cardinal Clinic has been a prestigious independent mental health hospital providing excellence in care for more than 45 years. Although we take occasional NHS patients, we do not have the facilities to take on NHS contracts. We primarily provide private patients with the highest quality mental health care.

We are located on a ten-acre, green-belt estate on the outskirts of Windsor in Berkshire and attract patients both nationally and internationally. We are a family-owned business, giving us the ability to prioritise patient care over
commercial considerations.

We have an extremely stable and talented nursing team. This allows us to provide patients with great continuity of care and clinicians with consistent support in our in-patient facility.

We also have an active day care service, substantial outpatient service and a small CAMHS unit.

We received an overall rating of ‘Good’ in our most recent CQC review and achieved an ‘Outstanding’ for patient care. We have a 5-star rating on ‘I Want Great Care’ based on more than 500 reviews.
