We are a popular, high performing practice in Flint a desirable town, close to town centre with railway station 5 minute walk, surrounded by lovely countryside and villages with excellent local schools.  Chester is less than 20 minutes away.

We are a friendly and supportive Practice with a great team ethos, fantastic staff retention, and focus on staff wellbeing.

A diverse clinical team including Practice Nurse staff, ANPs and a very experienced admin team.

We are a forward-thinking practice with list size of 5,600 patients, using EMIS Web, Docman, and AccuRx clinical systems.

The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic new team member for 4-8 clinical sessions as a salaried GP or Partner. We are able to offer flexible working hours to support work-life balance. We are keen to hear from GPs at any stage of their career.

Focus on personal development, mentoring, and encouraging the development of special interests.

We use personalised lists to enhance continuity and patient and GP satisfaction

We have access to the new Partnership Premium Loyalty Service offered by the Welsh Government.
