It is an exciting time to join Blandford Group Practice under a new management team who are friendly, innovative, and forward thinking.

Blandford Group Practice is a resilient Partnership with supportive, approachable Partners who advocate progression. Based in the heart of beautiful rural Dorset, the Practice provides care to over 24,000 patients. The Practice has a large multi-disciplinary team across three sites, allowing GPs to benefit from being able to refer quickly and easily to clinical professionals such as Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Advanced Paramedic Practitioners, Clinical Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, First Contact Mental Health Nurses, First Contact Physiotherapists, and our Wellbeing Team.

We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic GP who wants to be part of our evolving team. The Practice would provide a comprehensive induction period with ongoing mentorship from our GP Partners.

The successful post holder would work across our three sites providing urgent and routine care with an assigned patient list.

The Practice offers administrative support to help alleviate a proportion of the non-clinical workload and Salaried GPs benefit from dedicated admin time.
