Working for your organisation

The Trust- East London Foundation Trust (ELFT) provides a wide range of mental health, community and primary care services across East London, Bedfordshire and Luton. The trust has an overarching vision to improve the quality of life for all we serve by focusing our efforts on improving population health outcomes, experience of care, staff experience and value. The trust has been rated outstanding by CQC and as a trust we do everything we can to embody our values of ‘we care, we respect, we are inclusive’.

ELFT’s vision to improve the quality of life for all those we serve has drawn us into new areas of work, including primary care. As we move forwards to provide more primary care services it is an exciting time to be part of truly transformational change across the whole health and care system. As part of the new primary care directorate within ELFT our team will be involved in leading triple aim population health quality improvement work.

Quality of care is our top priority. It is at the forefront of all that we do and is firmly embodied in our mission to provide the highest quality primary, community and mental health care in England by 2020.
