Applications are invited for a 12 month Consultant Ophthalmologist, with a specialist interest in Glaucoma.

2 posts will be based at Singleton Hospital in Swansea. You will join a team of Glaucoma subspecialists as part of a South West Wales Regional Glaucoma Service, with consultants sharing duties across Swansea Bay and Hywel Dda University Health Boards.

You will be joining a team of 12 Consultants responsible for the provision of Ophthalmology services to the Swansea Bay University Health Board. You will participate in the 1 in 12 on call rota at Singleton Hospital, with prospective cover.

We are currently reconfiguring our services to ensure they remain safe and sustainable in the future, andthere may be occasions when you will be requested to work at other locations within the Health board and regionally within Hywel Dda University Health Board
