LNWUH NHS Trust is looking for a dynamic and motivated interventional radiologist to join a radiology team of 59 consultants, three staff grade doctors and 23 registrars working collaboratively across the three sites to provide high quality imaging service.

The successful candidates will contribute to the broad spectrum of work that is undertaken by our interventional and diagnostic consultant colleagues. The post holder will work collaboratively with various clinical specialties such as vascular surgery, urology, maxillofacial surgery and gastrointestinal medicine.

This post has been made available due to service requirements and will be predominantly based at Northwick Park Hospital but activity at other sites may be required. Commitments will include interventional radiology work (vascular, non-vascular), acute and diagnostic imaging for both inpatients and outpatients while participating in the interventional on call rota.  Subspecialty diagnostic interests are encouraged. Teaching and training are actively encouraged. 

The department is highly regarded across London, having developed innovative and integrated solutions in response to the changing needs of patients and clinical teams. The service has expanded to meet rising clinical demand and the three radiology departments provide a wide range of diagnostic services using state of the art equipment, much of which has been and will continue to be replaced and upgraded.
