SALARIED GP POSITION AVAILABLE (FULL OR PART-TIME)

We are looking for an enthusiastic Salaried GP to join our friendly, forward-thinking, caring and innovative team to rise to the new challenges of the future, while maintaining traditional values of patient-centred general practice.

• GMS practice. Newly built, large, state of the art premises, staff car park
• List 15,300+
• EMIS Web, Docman Cloud (10), online consultations (eConsult), AccuRx
• We support Flexible hours including part home working options
• Actively involved in workflow optimisation of clinical correspondence & patient administration to manage GP workload; admin buddies for GPs
• Training practice with a strong patient centred ethos (GP registrars, medical students, trainee nurse, PA student and multiprofessional education)
• Weekly clinical meetings
• We employ a team of 4 Clinical Independent Prescribing Pharmacists who manage repeat prescriptions, minor illness, chronic diseases; advanced nurse practitioners, nurses and extended primary care team including HCAs, Social prescribing link workers, 3 First Contact Physiotherapists, Mental health practitioner
• We are an integral part of a close, forward-looking and innovative PCN
• MDT working with our ICP partners in frailty and mental health
• Work closely with our community to improve the health of our population
• Will support applicants wishing to pursue GP ST/F2 training
• 6 weeks annual leave +1 week study leave + Bank Holidays pro rata
