We are looking for an experienced Physician Associate to join the Primary Care team in Meddygfa Minafon, Kidwelly and Meddygfa'r Sarn, Pontyates.

The successful candidate will be joining a friendly and supportive team of clinical, nursing and admin staff working closely alongside a highly skilled team of allied health care professionals.

You will provide care for the presenting patient from initial history taking and clinical assessment through to the diagnosis, treatment and evaluation of care. You will demonstrate critical thinking in the clinical decision-making process, including assessment and diagnostic skills, leading to the delivery of safe care for all patients, and will work collaboratively with the healthcare team to meet the needs of the patients.

Meddygfa Minafon, Kidwelly and Meddygfa'r Sarn, Pontyates form part of the Amman Gwendraeth Cluster which is a highly diverse set of communities in urban, semi-rural and rural settings. The Cluster Network serves a population of approx 59,900 in Hywel Dda University Health Board. Meddyga Minafon in Kidwelly and Meddygfa'r Sarn in Pontyates are the two Health Board Managed Practices within the Cluster.
