This post has arisen through the Better Care Together alliance between the three Leicestershire, Leicester, and Rutland Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCG) UHL NHS Trust, Leicestershire Partnership Team, and primary care. In line with opportunities identified by NHS RightCare for Respiratory, the aim of this role is to lead and support the early detection and accurate diagnosis of respiratory patients, and to ensure optimal long term management to improve health and reduce hospital admissions and premature mortality.
