Salaried GP

We are a high-earning, CQC Outstanding, training practice with a stable partnership in North Devon.

Our GP team is supported by an experienced nursing and administration team, PCN staff including a FCP and Clinical Pharmacist, and a community nursing team who work alongside us at our purpose built premises.  We are a friendly, sociable and well organised team that puts the patient first whilst making the most of the local surf beaches (we cover Croyde, Saunton, Putsborough) and beautiful countryside.

We are seeking a 6-8 session GP to commence in the next year, the precise start date is flexible: we will “make space” for the right candidate. Ideally, we are looking for  another partner but would be happy to recruit a salaried (or “salaried-with-a-view”) GP.

Our premises owning partnership is equitable & supportive, with a good work-life balance & a wide variety of interests.

We have weathered the recent storms well, embracing the necessary changes with healthy scepticism: we were largely eConsult-based during early stages of the pandemic, now balancing this with more telephone consultations & envisage an ongoing hybrid system. We work closely with the other practices in our PCN who are like-minded yet diverse. We see this as a challenging yet exciting time in General Practice
