Are you a Consultant Psychiatrist interested in delivering and developing ground breaking and award-winning Oxfordshire Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHs)? We would like to work with you to create your ideal role.

Under the leadership of the Trusts new CEO, Dr Nick Broughton, our award-winning services have a range of opportunities to offer in the i-thrive model across Oxfordshire. We have secured additional funding through nationally commissioned specialist services including Provider Collaborative services, NHSE trailblazer pilots for mental health support teams in schools and are building a PICU.

We have a strong tradition as a leading Trust for teaching, training and research, with close links to both the University of Oxford and Oxford Brookes University. We are one of only two Biomedical Research Centre’s for Mental Health in the country.

We are offering exciting opportunities to combine leadership, management, clinical/educational supervisor and safeguarding lead roles with clinical duties, and we support flexible working practices.

We work as part of a multi-disciplinary team with a strong and supportive clinical network of consultants underpinned by a culture of compassionate leadership and are committed to both staff development and job enrichment.

We offer a £15,000 recruitment bonus and a relocation allowance up to £8,000 to eligible successful candidates.
