We are looking for enthusiastic and committed GP Partners and Salaried GPs to work in our busy and friendly practices across Northamptonshire in Oundle, Kettering and Corby.

GP Partners – join at 100% parity from 4 to 8 sessions

Our partners are confident, creative and supportive role models, who continuously look to improve their local practice with their teams; and to contribute to the overall strategy and productivity of Lakeside Healthcare Partnership.

Salaried GPs – starting salary from £85,000 depending on experience

Our Salaried GPs are key members of our team, and if they choose to be, will be able to become our GP Partners of the future.

Lakeside Oundle

• looking for 6-8 partner sessions
• a dynamic patient-centred practice with 11,000 patients working with the local school
• dispensing practice
• teaching practice

Lakeside Headlands in Kettering

• looking for 6-8 partner sessions
• 11,000 patients focussing on our core patient care
• one of the two county hospitals nearby to the surgery
• teaching practice

Lakeside Corby

• looking for salaried GPs and/or partners to join this forward thinking team – can discuss flexibility around sessions worked
• 50,000 patients across three sites, including a dispensing branch in Brigstock village
• main site is situated alongside an Urgent Care Centre and only 5 miles from the hospital
• large staff team including a multi-disciplinary clinical workforce that deliver core patient services
• medical student teaching academy, working with local universities, investing in the future of Primary Care
