We are looking for an enthusiastic Salaried GP to join our friendly, forward-thinking, caring and innovative team to rise to the new challenges of the future, while maintaining traditional values of patient-centred general practice. 

•  GMS practice with newly built, large, state of the art premises 
•  List size 15,000+
•  EMIS Web, Docman Cloud (10), online consultations (eConsult), AccuRx
• Actively involved in workflow optimisation of clinical correspondence and patient administration to manage GP workload
• Training practice with a strong patient centred ethos (GP registrars and medical students, trainee nurse, PA student and multiprofessional education)
• We employ a team of Clinical Independent Prescribing Pharmacists who manage chronic diseases and repeat prescriptions, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, nurses and extended primary care team including HCAs, Social prescribing link workers; 4 First Contact Physiotherapists
• We offer Virtual Group Consultations in diabetes
• We are an integral part of a close, forward-looking and innovative PCN
• MDT working with our ICP partners in frailty and mental health 
• Work closely with our community to improve the health of our population
• Will support applicants wishing to pursue GP ST/F2 training
