Corniche Hospital Abu Dhabi is seeking to appoint a Consultant Obstetrician Gynecologist on a full time contract. The post is intended to provide clinical expertise in obstetrics for the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department consisting of more than 26 Consultants and 40 Specialists providing a full range of tertiary services. Applicants must have appropriate clinical experience in high risk obstetrics, advanced labour ward management, early pregnancy management and obstetric/gynaecological ultrasound imaging. It is anticipated that the successful candidate will have CCT or equivalent plus a minimum of 2 years of experience (post-CCT) as a Consultant AND certified special interest in ultrasound imaging.

Corniche Hospital is a 180-bed Government Women's Hospital with around 6000 deliveries a year and the Region's primary international reputation in the specialty. It includes tertiary referral units for Fetal Medicine, Maternal Medicine, Assisted Reproduction, advanced MIS Gynecology and Urogynaecology and a Level 3 70-cot NICU, supported by additional departments of obstetric anaesthesia and medical imaging. It is the largest maternity hospital in the UAE and hence is the major regional referral centre for both obstetric and neonatology services.
