South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust is seeking to employ an enthusiastic Consultant Paediatrician with a special interest in Epilepsy to join a team of experienced and supportive medical professionals who promote a high quality, local service for children in South Warwickshire. This post is to strengthen senior presence during times of emergency pressures and to improve the breadth of outpatient clinics. The Paediatric Department is within the Women’s and Children’s Division.
The Acute services are located at the Warwick Hospital site. The hospital services at Warwick Hospital have seen significant developments in the last five years. The Paediatric Unit provides 18 in patient paediatric beds, (7 cubicles and 1 High Dependency Bed) and an adjacent outpatient area for children.
