The Division of Family Health encompasses a number of specialties, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Children and Young People Services, Hematology, Pathology and Oncology, Out-patients, Pharmacy, Therapies along with Research and Medical records. You will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and form part of the Trust’s Executive Team and work closely with Divisional Director and Heads of Nursing and Head of Midwifery. As a triumvate your focus will be on the delivery of high quality and high performing services, within budget for an agreed level of activity at an expected level of service and clinical quality. The Chief of Division will provide leadership and direction for the division, ensuring that this supports the fulfilment of the Trust’s objectives and patient safety requirements.

The ability to drive transformation programmes and lead staff through change will be essential, as will delivery of our hospital priorities. This is a challenging but infinitely rewarding role which offers the opportunity to make a difference to the delivery of clinical services across KGH and our system. The role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional clinician and leader to step into this vitally important leadership role at Kettering General Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.
