The Southern Trust wishes to recruit to the above new posts which will support the development of a busy Acute Care at Home Service within the Southern Trust catchment area. The post holders will provide acute care to frail older people in the community and will play a lead role in the multidisciplinary Acute Care at
Home team.
You will be allocated a generous 2 Supporting Programmed Activities (SPA) for the first 12 months to facilitate induction and orientation into the organisation and into this new role.
These are new full-time posts, however we would welcome any applicants who would be interested in working part-time / job share to apply.
