Consultant Paediatric Anaesthesiologist (with a special interest in complex paediatric pain)– 29.5 hours Children’s Health Ireland at Crumlin and 9.5 hours, Children’s Health Ireland at Temple Street.

And

Consultant Paediatric Anaesthesiologist (with a special interest in paediatric complex pain – 29 hours Children’s Health Ireland at Crumlin and 10 hours, Children’s Health Ireland at Temple Street.

Both posts have a 50% commitment to paediatric complex pain and 50% to paediatric anaesthesia   

Applicants must be:

Registered as a specialist in the Specialist Division of the Register of Medical Practitioners maintained by the Medical Council in Ireland in the specialty of Anaesthesiology and have two years' certified postgraduate training in paediatric anaesthesiology and have one year certified postgraduate training in Paediatric Pain Medicine Essential requirements – registration with the Irish Medical Council or entitlement to be registered.

A proleptic appointment may be considered.

A panel may be created from which permanent, fixed term and specified purpose vacancies of a full or part time duration may be filled across the five Children’s Health Ireland locations. The tenure of these panels will be indicated at offer stage.
