The Lancashire Chest Centre provides regional tertiary Respiratory services for Lancashire and South Cumbria.

There are 4 new posts that we are looking to fill, to support increasing clinical demand and service development.  These posts are 1 year fixed term, in the first instance with a view to delivering substantive posts.  The successful applicants will join our current 11 chest consultants and the extensive multidisciplinary teams to provide in enhancing our service delivery, including:

7 day inpatient care Pathway design and implementation of our brand new purpose built Respiratory Assessment Unit area and Acute Respiratory Specialist Respiratory Care including TB, Lung Cancer, Sleep, Ventilation, COPD, Pleural Disease, ILD, Specialist Asthma and Cystic Fibrosis. Tertiary Centre for NIV, Complex Asthma and ILD General Thoracic clinics Interventional pulmonology lists on both sites You will work structured clinical teams including, junior and middle grade doctors, specialist nurses and respiratory AHPs.

Applicants should be fully registered with the GMC.
