We are actively recruiting for experienced and qualified Middle Grade Doctors, trained in Intensive Care / Critical Care Medicine to work in our Level 3 Units at our following hospitals

  • Princess Grace Hospital - London
  • Wellington Hospital - London
  • Harley Street Clinic - London

This is a great opportunity to be part of an award winning private hospital group, working with specialist lead consultants in our level 3 adult intensive care units with a full range of complex cases.  You will be working with advanced technology, first class private patient facilities, and the very latest of treatments and therapies. 

This is a varied role, our RDs will typically work in the Intensive Care Unit but they also provide wider outreach support to the hospital as part of the emergency medical team. The successful candidate will be expected to work independently within their skillset to review and treat inpatients and formulate plans under guidance with the Consultant in Charge. As specialist Middle Grade Doctors, they will provide airway management and team leadership as part of the hospital emergency response team, and to provide any urgent medical attention to staff and visitors until the person is admitted under a Consultant

There is also an opportunity to contribute to clinical governance and quality assurance activities of the hospital, audit, morbidity/mortality meetings, etc to ensure better and safer practice and engage in teaching MDT colleagues

To apply for this role, you will need 

  • MBBS medical qualification
  • GMC registration and current licence to practice
  • Evidence of specialist training in intensive care medicine (Critical Care/ITU and Anaesthesia)
  • FRCA, MRCP and/or MRCEM are desirable but not essential

This is a Registrar Level role for private patients. Medical Direction will be taken from the named consultant.
