Nine consultants are based at the site with ten junior medical staff as well as visiting medical students from the University of Southampton. There is an in-house weekly teaching programme.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;As a Consultant Psychiatrist you will be working alongside a very friendly and enthusiastic group of colleagues. You will be one of three consultants working in the Community Mental Health Team (the other two consultants also cover the inpatient unit) and will lead the Memory Service. Most GP referrals are seen by the separate Primary Care Liaison Service.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;We seek a candidate with enthusiasm for developing the service and Team members’ skills.
