Required to fill this new, full time post within the Paediatric Radiology Department at the Leeds General Infirmary.

Leeds Children’s Hospital is one of the largest Children’s Hospitals in the UK, providing a comprehensive range of acute and elective secondary and specialist tertiary clinical services to over 300,000 children, living within Yorkshire & Humber and beyond. As part of building hospitals for the future, there is the exciting prospect of the new Children’s Hospital in Leeds which will provide state of the art facilities including paediatric radiology facilities and minimally invasive techniques such as those supported by paediatric radiology.

Leeds is a major trauma centre for paediatrics, is one of 3 designated centers within the UK for Paediatric Liver transplantation, and one of the largest centres in the UK for Cystic Fibrosis and Paediatric Surgery. The Children’s and Teenage Young Adult Haematology and Oncology service is one of the UK’s leading centres for research and has recently won a national award for innovation and excellence.
