Applications are invited for a 10 PA Consultant post in Bone Marrow Transplantation (BMT) based at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will join a team of consultants/associate specialists caring for a wide variety of malignant and non-malignant diseases within the largest paediatric BMT unit in the UK. The successful candidate will be expected to have a specific interest in CAR-T cell therapy for high risk leukemias, take a lead role in the management of children with GvHD including ECP and novel therapies and contribute to the BMT late effects service.
Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children NHS Foundation Trust is a postgraduate teaching hospital, linked with the Institute of Child Health (ICH). The Trust has 318 beds and provides a comprehensive range of paediatric specialties for tertiary level care. The patient population consists of over 20,000 inpatients per annum and 84,000 outpatients.
