£79,860 - £107,668 per annum, plus 0.5PA for on-call and 3% (of a 10 PA salary) Category A availability supplement. This is pro rata for part time staff.

Information specific to the post

Maidstone is the county capital of Kent and has a population of over 65 years at 44,000. It is served by easily accessible motorways and commuter main line railway including high speed services and is 40 miles south east from London.

The post is community based with a well-established team. We use the CAPA model for memory assessment services to help maintain high standards of performance and patient experience.

Successful applicants must have MRCP or equivalent and be on, or within six months of inclusion on, the Specialist Register and be fully registered with the GMC, as well as Approved Clinician and S12 approval under the Mental Health Act.

This is a 10 PA plus 0.5 PA and 3% Category A availability supplement for on-call post. Part time or job-share applications are welcome.

To deliver an effective service it is essential that you are able to travel between bases in a timely manner.
