Salary Scale: £87,624.00 - £159,455 (Dependent on experience. Points 18-20 are by application and panel agreement)

The General Hospital in Jersey is looking for a Consultant Paediatrician to join the Department of four Consultants and seven Middle Grades.
We provide acute and ambulatory services to the 16,000 children in Jersey,
including level 1 Neonatal Care. We take great pride in providing a hgh quality service and are well supported by specialist colleagues in the UK, including PICU and emergency retrieval. The post attracts 10 PAs within
the Health and Community Services Department of the States of Jersey, based on but independent of the NHS UK. The Consultant Pay Scale is competitive as are the tax arrangements. A generous study leave budget allows Consultants to continue their professional development.

Full travelling expenses are paid from a UK port of entry, with a generous relocation package available. The post attracts residential qualifi cations and
under Jersey Law, applicants must possess full registration with the General Medical Council and hold a licence to practise.
