Wide Bay Mental Health & Specialised Services, Hervey Bay and Maryborough Hospitals

A competitive remuneration package value up to $439,807 p.a., comprising salary between $179,703 - $227,843 p.a., medical managers allowance, motor vehicle allowance, professional development allowance, professional development leave 3.6 weeks p.a., professional indemnity cover and private practice arrangements.  Overtime and on-call allowances will be negotiated with the successful applicant upon appointment. Superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) will be applied additionally to the total remuneration value. (Applications will remain current for 12 months). Duties: The Clinical Director Mental Health provides medical and clinical leadership within Mental Health and Specialised Services in Maryborough and Hervey Bay. Assumes overall responsibility for the delivery of specialist mental health services in the area, ensuring the provision of an effective seven day per week consultant lead model of care.
