The Trust is recognised internationally for its work in liver disease and transplantation, neurosciences, cardiac, haemato-oncology, fetal medicine, stroke, major trauma, and Emergency Department.

Applications are invited for a Junior Clinical Fellow post in the Department of Rheumatology, King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. The appointee will join a friendly and active department with an excellent reputation for teaching and training.

The Department of Rheumatology is a dynamic, forward thinking department, delivering a range of rheumatology services including musculoskeletal services, and specialist clinics in inflammatory arthritis, connective tissue diseases and bone disorders. The service is outpatient focused, with facilities for day care and in-patient care when needed.

The department offers a broad range of rheumatology experience, including a wide assortment of inflammatory, connective tissue and vasculitic conditions. The department encourages direct emergency referrals from GPs, and also receives referrals from the emergency department and medical admissions unit.

Applicants must be fully registered with the General Medical Council, have completed foundation training or equivalent and will be required to meet the essential criteria as described in the person specification.
