Salaried GP or Partner GP

We are looking for a motivated/ enthusiastic Partner GP to join the Croft Hall Team for flexible/ negotiable sessions, which will include a £20,000 golden handshake for GPs taking up partnership roles from April 2020. We can be flexible when negotiating business commitments and agreements, including 12mths term for mutual assessment. We also would consider a salaried GP.

Torquay in Devon is an innovative area, our practice has is involved with all local initiatives. We are a single urban site, beside the sea, serving 8000 patients which is part of a PCN led by one of our partners. Our clinical team consists of 3 GP Partners, 1 Salaried GP, 2 GP retainers, and a large multi-disciplinary team. We have a pharmacy on site and we host Mental Health Matters in the evenings 7 days a week.

We place a strong emphasis on education, training and support, with GP registrars, Foundation Doctors, Paramedic, Nurses , PA and Medical students, as well as apprentices and students. We encourage part time working pattern and all partners have over the years developed special interests in leadership, GP appraisal, postgraduate education, mentoring, GMC exams and Diabetes.

Quality of life is important, we structure our workload and support each other finishing by 6pm is normal. Consultation slots are 15 mins and we run a Duty day system led by our allied health professionals with GP support.
