Your Colleagues
I returned to KMPT after a secondment period. What stayed with me during that time was the caring nature and the kindness of staff across the organisation. When the opportunity came to re-join on a permanent basis, I just had to take it.
Tumi Banda, Deputy Director of Nursing and PracticeWorking in an acute setting, although rewarding, can be very stressful, but supportive staff makes it easier. Everyone is kind and approachable. I enjoy being a part of multidisciplinary team and having the opportunities for high quality training both within and outside the Trust.
