Public Transport

There are many forms of transport available on the Isle of Man from Taxi to Steam Trains. Public transport is excellent on the Isle of Man and is a common way to get about. Buses run all over the island, even to remote destinations (less frequent routes). Some of the more remote areas are best reached by car, though it is not a daily necessity for most visitors or locals. Education System

The Isle of Man has a high performing education system consisting of 33 well-resourced primary schools and five regional secondary schools which all share a strong commitment to meet the
requirements of the Island’s young people. There is a continuing programme of building renewal and sixth form centres have been added in all of the secondary schools over the past decade. Taxation

The Isle of Man operates a clear and simple taxation regime with a standard rate of tax on individuals of 10%, a higher rate of 20% and generous personal allowances with a £120,000 tax cap on personal income for the current tax year.
