In October 2012 Cochrane Collaboration researcher Tom Jefferson made a maladministration complaint to the European Ombudsman. In his letter, displayed below, he says the European Medicines Agency issued a market authorisation for oseltamivir on 20 June 2002. The EMA do not have and have never had a complete evidence set, he says.
