Rapid Response:

wrong idea

I think that it is quite clear that sanctions against N. Korea are not
intended to harm the health of the Koreans. It is against the rogue
state, endangering the world. Recent history teaches that when sanctions
were not so strict, the regime uses all possibilities of
trade and international help to speed up the development of the a-bomb and
rockets, and not to improve the terrible hunger and life of the people.

Notoriously, Vladimir Lenin used to say that these stupid capitalists
will sell us the rope and soap which we will use later to hang them. Any
weakness of the standing against the totalitarian regime makes it
possible for this regime to exist longer and to kill more people.
