Rapid Response:

whistleblow

It was disheartening to note all the persons involved in attempting
to point out the flaw in the colleagues/system were given rough ride ,not
a good example for others to follow.the concept of whistle blowing is
simple ie to rid the poor performance and prevent abuse of the power
After considerable thought I feel we should look at the various ways to
encourage people to report serious poor performance or misconduct
we should consider encouraging anonymous reporting
we may seriously consider awarding people who have had the courage to
report serious incidents like in USA

any other suggestion as we need to look into ways to discourage
unnecessary reporting which may stem from personal dislikes!!
