Perils of criticising Israel

Rapid Response:

Freedom of speech in Arab countries

I have one comment about Freedom of Speech. Why are there no protests
by BMJ about the Arab attitude to Freedom of Speech, e.g. the Fatwa against
Rushdi but also many life threats by Hamas and other Arab organisations
against anyone who criticises them. Israel does much self criticism and
does not have to be lectured about FOS.
