Fatigue and exercise

There is evidence that exercise is effective for fatigue in cancer,
(1) improves quality of life in multiple sclerosis (2) and it is suggested
that exercise may be beneficial in HIV/AIDS. (3) Nobody suggests that this
means cancer, multiple sclerosis or HIV/AIDS are not taken seriously.
Surely anything that might help deserves investigation?
