What to do about orchestrated email campaigns

BMJ Gets it Wrong Again

Mr. Sabbagh concludes that "BMJ was the target of an orchestrated
campaign to silence criticism of Israel." The fact is that, because of
irresponsible journals like BMJ, the only target of orchestrated campaigns
has been Israel and the object has been to silence, and harm, that
country. Your vilification of Israel and its supporters, and your blithe
dismissal of terrorism and its practitioners, has lent moral cover to
those who would destroy the Jewish state. As you well know, Israel's
actions have always been taken in self defense, a right that you
apparently find uniquely inapplicable to Israel. Despite your best
efforts, whether it is the growing of a "thick skin" or the consignment of
letters you disagree with to the trash bin, you will not silence those of
us who believe that Israel has the right to exist and defend itself.
