Authors' Reply: Refractive errors in patients with learning difficulties

Thank you. The same would also apply to the many children in
residential care homes and specialist institutions, and especially those
with multiple impairments - increasingly more common in the UK.[1] We will
adjust our list of barriers accordingly.
